Dia is the founder of I Gotta Story LLC, a platform dedicated to creating music, art, and content that brings freedom to its listeners and consumers. Through her personal stories and life lessons, Dia vows to share all that she has learned and experienced so that others do not make the same mistakes she did. She is a speaker, songwriter, rapper, designer, and artist who inspires others to live for God and to live a life abundant in Christ. Through her earring line, “Earrings by Dia”, she motivates young ladies and women to dream big and live a full life that exhibits God’s best for them.

Born in Baltimore, Md, Dia made a choice to move to Nashville, TN in 2009. She serves at Nashville Life Church as a life group leader for women and has traveled throughout the US and internationally to inspire youth and young adults through the arts and the word of God.

For the past 10 years, Dia has taught Old Testament and Liberals Arts at Lee University and Southern New Hampshire University as an adjunct professor. She has acquired her BS degree in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master of Divinity degree from Howard University, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Regent University. Dia loves God and most of all she loves God’s people. She desires everyone to love who God has created them to be. “Life can be hard, but it is with Jesus you can make it through anything”.
